I called the Tick Tock Group about 12:30 today, and they had two guys at my house by 2pm to fix an electrical problem for me that only took about a half hour, and the guys were really nice! An hour and a half after they left, I got a call from the office that they had made a billing boo-boo (put in the wrong service code or some such), and they were calling to LOWER my bill! When does that ever happen? Let’s hear it for good old-fashioned customer service and integrity, so rare these days!
