I visited The Thomas this past weekend as a guest of a friend who lives there, and I honestly didn’t expect the pool to be as beautiful as it was. The whole pool area felt inviting the second I walked in—clean, well-kept, and with a really relaxing vibe that made hanging out effortless. This is the worst place managed by people who act like they own you. Beware place has had sprinklers go off 3 times built like crap and the pool is never heated and they close it early before Sept
Just moved in, and Derek has been EXTREMELY helpful throughout the whole process! I was having trouble on move in day with getting the Wi-Fi set up, Derek came up and took care of everything for us! Couldn’t be happier!
Horrible experience. I applied for an apartment and was rejected based on income requirements that felt arbitrary and inconsistent with other properties in the area. The criteria were not clearly justified, and the process lacked transparency. On top of that, the management team was unprofessional and dismissive in their communication. Very disappointing overall.
Some of the most unhelpful people out there. They're never in the office til close, and rarely respond to emails asking for assistance. They do not communicate between each other, and will give you the runaround about any questions you have. I know other reviewers have mentioned the same things.
