Just moved in, and Derek has been EXTREMELY helpful throughout the whole process! I was having trouble on move in day with getting the Wi-Fi set up, Derek came up and took care of everything for us! Couldn’t be happier!
Horrible experience. I applied for an apartment and was rejected based on income requirements that felt arbitrary and inconsistent with other properties in the area. The criteria were not clearly justified, and the process lacked transparency. On top of that, the management team was unprofessional and dismissive in their communication. Very disappointing overall.
Some of the most unhelpful people out there. They're never in the office til close, and rarely respond to emails asking for assistance. They do not communicate between each other, and will give you the runaround about any questions you have. I know other reviewers have mentioned the same things.
Renee at the Thomas Apartments office is fantastic to work with. She’s always friendly, approachable, and genuinely seems to care about making sure everything goes smoothly. Whenever I had questions or needed help, she was quick to respond and really took the time to explain things clearly. Worst place I've ever lived. I'll start with the major issues and work small. First, we moved in, and a month later the apartments did a bulk wifi buy. Due to no other major service providers supporting wifi here (no At&T, Verizon, etc.) we had to go with the bulk. We filled out paperwork, and the contract was that the Flatley Company handles the rest. They provided a number for residents to contact Xfinity bulk if they had questions.
