Apartments are great, amenities are great, leasing staff are terrible. Website says they are open from 9-6, but the doors are locked and the phone is off the hook by 4:30. Leasing office does not respond to emails of current tenants, and is no help in person either. Genuinely awful experience every time i need to talk to them.
The management at these apartments really misses the mark. They don’t care about you as a person and you will find yourself running in circles trying to get any help from them. They really showed me to really look into who you’re leasing from before you find a space because they made this the most unpleasant experience. I don’t recommend anyone waste their hard earned money at these apartments and to look elsewhere.
Having only been here about 8 months now, I have had a very positive experience with my unit and the extremely positive support from the property management staff as well as the Maintenance staff. Most recently, I have had a work order (213288) completed by Todd at my unit at the Thomas Apartments 3-306. Not only was he professional, respectful, and knowledgeable, he was friendly, patient and kind in his execution of the fixes I requested and answered all of my questions.
