cookie cutter copy/paste apartment. its already falling apart. Floods at least once every winter due to inadequate construction or preventative maintenance. Absurdly expensive for what you get. Club house is a joke. No gym. Leasing office hours make it hard if you have a heavy work schedule. Surrounding area is a concrete jungle. No outdoor track, no outdoor 'jungle gym'. I have over a dozen years in construction, including 3 years in water, fire and mold restoration. I know proper protocols. During the FIRST incident, they were not followed. June 19, 2025: Water intrusion occurred in Unit 103 from the HVAC condensate system. Management acknowledged the problem was PRE-EXISTING. The piping was improperly installed, and management knew it existed yet left it uncorrected until after the loss.
