Having only been here about 8 months now, I have had a very positive experience with my unit and the extremely positive support from the property management staff as well as the Maintenance staff. Most recently, I have had a work order (213288) completed by Todd at my unit at the Thomas Apartments 3-306. Not only was he professional, respectful, and knowledgeable, he was friendly, patient and kind in his execution of the fixes I requested and answered all of my questions. Would give zero stars if I could. Terrible management. My first year of living here it took multiple weeks to fix the air conditioning during a blistering hot summer with no alternative solution offered. During my last month of living here, they illegally entered the apartment while I still had my belongings in it to begin ripping up the floors and painting to renovate it for the next person. All of this was done on MY DIME since I was still paying the lease, electricity, and gas for the unit. I was promised to be reimbursed... read more
