Would give zero stars if I could. Terrible management. My first year of living here it took multiple weeks to fix the air conditioning during a blistering hot summer with no alternative solution offered. During my last month of living here, they illegally entered the apartment while I still had my belongings in it to begin ripping up the floors and painting to renovate it for the next person. Brand new. Beautifully appointed fixtures. Layout is spacious with plenty of closet space. A porch or balcony is available and close to shopping areas . The kitchen has an island and eat in kitchen. Unit has a stackable washer and dryer. The building has an elevator.
We were promised a gym that didn't exist, which may still be on the initial leasing brochure. There are endless hiking trails with ornamental needles and used drug baggies are scattered. Maintenance did not change the filters in the HVAC System for 2 years and mold developed on the HVAC grills, as well as the filter got soggy. We moved in recently after living at a prior residence for over 11 years. The adjustment could have been difficult, but it wasn't thanks to Kate. What a kind compassionate and supportive person she is. There were so many tasks and other things for her to do, but she took the time to make us feel welcome.
