I wouldn’t wish for my worst enemy to be in this place.
New management again. She sucks. Maintenance is good. Old 5star review: Italy and Miles came in and within a week of contact, everything was moving&things were getting done. We’re not used to the swift response so it’s a pleasant surprise. They do exist. We’re now looking into the new coming year with a fresh clean start in a clean healthy environment. Italy if you ever come across this, I looked forward to paying rent & zeroing down old balance BECAUSE of the care you put into our “home.” Selu Fisiihoi.
The new management team is a life saver! My parents have been housed here for about 6 yrs. Within that time, work needed in their unit accumulated and grew worse unfortunately. Italy and Miles’ stepped in and tended to every single thing so quickly, we’re in shock. Their professionalism and response is top tier and is greatly appreciated. If management everywhere could be like this, home would ever be so sweet. I moved out 13 months ago. They still haven't refunded my security deposit (illegal), nor have they provided me any statement justifying any deductions for 100% of the security deposit (illegal). Instead, they are pushing the lack of refund as my fault despite rent paid in full when I left and a perfect sign off during the walk through after I moved out.
