I am extremely disappointed with this apartment community. We just moved in with our newborn, and instead of feeling safe and welcomed, we’ve been dealing with constant issues. The property has become a health and safety concern due to overflowing trash and poor upkeep. Residents frequently park illegally, making it difficult to get in and out of our assigned parking space. We submitted an application for an apartment, paid the application fees, and also paid the required holding/security deposit. Our application was denied, but our deposit was never returned. It has now been over a month, and despite phone calls and emails, no one responds or provides any updates. We have been completely ignored, and our money has still not been refunded. Honest review now that we’re out. In 8 years, the worst experience was the past 7-8 months. Dayna and John were helpful. Joe in maintenance was good too but work orders over the phone were lost sowork piled. Other than that, this wasn’t too bad. My parent’s unit was old and slowly falling apart. They ended up with roaches the last 8 months of their occupancy. We applied to this apartment with high hopes and complied with every requirement they asked for right away, including providing a deposit. Throughout the process, we were constantly communicating with Jasmine, the manager, regarding income verification and submitted every document requested. However, it felt very unprofessional because she never even attempted to properly verify the information we provided.
