Just everything was so perfect
stayed twice and didn't get my deposit back and have complained but there has been no response whatsoever!
Nice room but their people and systems are letting the brand down. Last I stayed in this building it was The Sage Hotel so I thought I'd give it another go. Despite the endless apologies recieved upon checking out I WONT BE BACK.
