The gentleman (I'm sorry, we didn't get your name) at reception is the only best thing about this hotel. That's it! He did absolutely everything he could to assist us. Your sense of humour, to your professionalism was perfect! This hotel needs to hire new and competent housekeeping staff. The cleanliness of all 3 rooms we were offered were very much under par. This stay was far from impressive. This “hotel” is out of date and a shambles. The facilities are dirty one of the lifts was out of order for the entire stay and according to staff had been out of order for over five days already. The bar “happy hour” had no house vodka so couldn’t get a vodka at happy hour price. The breakfast was boring and basic and the room had only two pillows on the bed.
