To whom it may concern. I would like to compliment the staff at The Terrace apartments. Bill ,& Melanie are Great people. When ever I had a need they were rite there to take care of business. They are courteous,and Great spirited. If you are ever a resident, or just a visitor please look them up.
The building is horribly understaffed. There seems to be only one person hired to perform maintenance, meaning I've had to reschedule for the same maintenance five times so far (and it's still not been completed), plus it's hard to retrieve packages from the package room because it's unclear when there will actually be someone there to open it. Also, while there's signs posted saying that FedEx doesn't deliver to the package room, it doesn't seem like the USPS or UPS deliver to it either, because half of the time, my package... read more
No heat ..not concerned about the welfare of the people who live there nor do they want to be. Not a good idea to make this place your own home . ..
