I only been living here for a month but I love it. The property is clean, well-maintained, very quiet and located in a convenient area. The apartment itself is comfortable, peaceful and has everything you need to feel at home. Jennifer, the manager is very nice, friendly, professional, and quick to respond whenever there’s an issue. Overall, it’s a great place to live, and I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and welcoming apartment
I just moved from Encino to Tarzana and I had a great experience so far at the Terrace in Tarzana! Julie, the complex manager onsite was nothing but the best helping me transitioning. Anything that I needed with my current apartment, she provided. She is on top of everything, very communicative in regards to my questions or needing anything that needed to be fixed at the apartment. The building is very clean, tenants are quiet and respectful. There is a hospital near by, shopping centers, local grocery stores, schools, gyms, and your local restaurants. Julie the Manager is absolutely the amazing. Overall I enjoy being part of this community. Living here is not your usual building to live in. It is one of a kind. You’ll love this place! I promise. The reason why I toured this apartment was for all the reviews I saw about Julie and the space, which I cannot emphasize enough. I toured on 08/27 and it was beautiful. The apartment complex is clean, quiet, and in a great area. The videos online don't do it justice. Julie was very communicative and transparent throughout the application process. I viewed a 1 bdrm top floor apartment here on 8/16/2024. Julie, the property manager that lives on site, was amazing! She's naturally friendly and thorough - I legit wanted to be friends with her and know I would've love living there. The unit was 500 sq ft which was too small for me, so I didn't apply, but if you're looking I would recommend scheduling a tour. The community is quaint, quiet and clean. And each apartment comes with a private balcony if you want a little outdoor air!
