I was originally introduced to The Tennant Group through Tom Tennant and ended up working with Jennifer Faris. The house sold, but I was extremely disappointed with the communication throughout the process. After asking for updated proceeds estimates following price reductions, I never received them and ultimately learned my proceeds were dramatically lower than the last estimate we had discussed. Old Tommy wanted to be my buyer's agent. I told him I don't like CAR (California Association of Realtors) forms. BSing Tommy says this "But we will not facilitate a Transaction on behalf of our clients unless it's on state regulated CAR forms." There at no such thing as state regulated forms. Then he backs off this nonsense and says this: "Our company requires the use of the DRE CAR Forms for any transactions- sorry for any confusion. Honestly, my husband and I have never had a realtor who was so creative on how to sell a rental property of ours. The property had been occupied for many, many years. It certainly needed it's share of TLC. Tom was so creative on driving it into a multi - offer bidding war. Needless to say, from start to finish , took only 10 days. !!!! His team was so on top of all documentation and expedited closing. Very very impressive. I would recommend him in any real estate transaction you may have.
