Kelly was such a great relator to work with and I would recommend her to anyone looking at buying a house in the Charlotte/Lake Norman area. She was always on top of new homes coming out in my price range and a great leader when it came to what I should and should not offer. She made the home buying process much less stressful and enjoyable.
Kelly Smith demonstrated excellent knowledge and skill in a hot real estate market. She was always available via text or phone to answer questions or provide feedback. Ms Smith maintains excellent communication and will text or call to assure that you have received all notices and communication regarding showings, newly available and feedback. Kelly Smith is tenacious in negotiations and is willing to sacrifice time while on vacation to assure her client is served best.
Kelly was instrumental in the sell of my house. Her knowledge of the market and focus on marketing the value of my home was tremendous. Kelly was so supportive throughout the entire process and was extremely helpful in recommending local companies needed to complete maintenance on the house.
