The management attacks people who review the store poorly instead of trying to better the situations they've created. They even drop as low as attacking their competition on facebook. I know the atmosphere is for children but the management shouldn't act like it too.

There's a handful of individuals who have left negative reviews on our page due to an online situation that transpired concerning another store. If you are aware of that situation then you should know that other parties associated with the other store were publicly and privately harassing our store's manager. Nobody from this store 'attacked' another store on facebook. Anyone who disrespects their customers and deflects customer complaints with patronizing or destructive comments doesn't deserve to work in an industry where customer service is supposed to be a virtue. Place is shitty. People who work there are rude don't waste your time. Go to Sage Mantis Game Haven in fredericksburg. Much better selection

One of the best local shops I've ever been to. If anyone loves retro games that you can't find on the internet then this is your store. I'd be happier if I worked there
I meet some of the guys from TechExchange at AwesomCom. Very helpful and knowledgeable. Very interesting selection of unique/ autographed items. I plan on stopping by the shop next time I'm in Richmond.
Giving a 1 star because GameStop gave me more ($52) for 4 of my games than you guys ($36) So so sad. You have become so greedy.
