Absolutely incredible selection to choose from (compared to the dearth of games available at Pixels+Bits I saw down the street), and I was pleased with the prices. Couple things that were a little above retail, but no store is 100% dead on. The staff are my issue in this instance. Both had the personality of a bag of wet noodles, and neither looked like they wanted to be there. A store with grumpy-looking employees is not a store that I will return to.
This place has everything I love! Simpson stuff and classic games! I got a Super Mario Bros. 3 chaos edition! I've never seen one in person before! I'm so excited!

I hear really good things about this place, but man it was a rough experience. Really rude employees, really grossly low trade in value, it's pretty bad when GameStop gives an offer that's $50 total dollars more... Maybe it was just a bad day but personally I wouldn't recommend this place and don't intend to return
Tech exchange is amazing. Not only did they hold a game for me they had just posted on their Facebook page, but they also had a pristine copy of a playstation game I was looking for in store at a very reasonable price. A+ Service all around. Thanks guys

This place is great. I live in Charlottesville and we don't have a store like this so I travel down to Richmond often to visit this store and the one down the road. Friendly staff, never had problems at all, and the prices are fair IMO. I feel like every once in a while a game will be priced a bit higher than I'd like, but usually the prices are on the lower side comparatively. Sites like eBay are great and all but if I can make the trip I do so because it just makes more sense to spend my money at stores like this. Also, th... read more
