Horrible customer service I came in there with my family and all 3 or 4 employees we didn't get a hello how can we help or we will be right with u nothing n I stayed about 15 minutes just to see if they would acknowledge us after the small croud n my family was the only customers in there still nothing ill stick with game stop n go out of town for the older game systems will not support them in any way and your right in the heart of vcu shame they don't even deserve the one 1 Starr

I will look at the schedule and see who was working and I will personally have a talk with each employee that was here at that time. That is no way for any of our customers to be treated and I will try to make sure that it never happens again. Sorry one more time. That is incredibly embarrassing.
