RecommendedThis is a great shop with friendly and knowledgeable staff! They have a huge selection of retro games. I try and stop in whenever I’m in the area to see the new arrivals. Everything I’ve bought from them has looked and worked great! Definitely check them out if you’re in the market for retro video games!
Clay and the staff at the Tech Exchange went the extra mile in helping the Konsoles for Kids charity by providing parts that were needed to finish up some consoles that would not have been able to go to a family this year and was able to help with getting some quality used systems as well. Go see these fine folks for all your gaming and electronic needs. You'll be happy you did.
I do not support businesses that continue to blast their left-wing liberal views on their customers. I was a customer there for a product, not for political conversation. Leave it off social media and out of the store.
Bought a Nintendo 64 console and a bunch of games for it, NES and sega genesis. Console and all games worked great. Store has an awesome selection of consoles and games at reasonable prices. Definitely will be back, just wish I didn't live so far away from the store.

The staff is always very helpful and the prices are always pretty good! I asked the staff to help me pick out some Halloween games and they were happy to help me. If you like video games this is a great store to go to pick up items for all kinds of consoles! They have a large selection of DVDs too.
Best place to get old games and movies .Staff are knowledgeable about the games and can recommend games similar. And are friendly ... Also they surge what could be better ???!

I really enjoy when I get the opportunity to go in here, as I don't find myself in Richmond City proper all that often. They have a good selection that changes consistently, so it is beneficial to check back often. The staff is friendly without being overbearing, and their pricing is generally comparable to other retro gaming stores/websites, and lower than GameStop.
