Stopped by to buy an iphone last night, i was rushing and made it in last minute- i felt awful for being the last in the store but the employees were SO nice and helpful- such a great local business to support, and this is gonna be my go-to video game shop now!
Had excellent service from one of their employees called Holly the other day. Always loved this place for their epic selection of old school video games (best in town). Went in to look for a cell phone because I knew they had a few used ones. Holly not only helped me with things like whether or not I'd need a new sim card but also even went so far as to direct me to google and write down the best Verizon location for me to go to in order to finish switching to my new phone. Super nice person to talk to the whole time too.
Saw they had an Apple Watch for 399.99 and was 100 dollars off if I mentioned the add. Apple Watch was good as new and came with a charger. Staff was more than friendly and helpful. Honestly was amazed at the range of merchandise and how inexpensive things were. I also picked up an iPhone charger, it was a legit Apple charger, sealed in box and all only for 10 bucks! I felt like a kid in a candy shop. Was my first time visiting and it definitely won’t be my last. I picked up a cool free Tech Exchange sticker too.
Just had an awesome selling experience with them! First messaged them on Facebook about selling them some items. A staff member gave quick responses and a reasonable quote. I got there at 6:30pm and there was a line, no worries though. They handled the line well and didn’t rush anyone! They close at 7pm and still helped me after they officially closed! Thank you to the employees for staying later to buy my stuff! Staff was super friendly and very helpful!
