So friendly and professional customer service! We dropped our computer off to go have lunch and got a phone call before we could finish saying our computer problem had been resolved and ready for pick up. Thanks Patrick, you are the best!
I just dropped my laptop off for repair last week. I had already followed the instructions of my internet service provider, whom I pay an extra monthly fee, to protect my computer from virus, malware, etc. It scans my laptop daily. Something went wrong in spite of this, and I got a blue screen with an error message that AT&T couldn't fix. I got the Tech Doctor info on the Mom's of New Braunfels website, along with several others. I chose The Tech Doctor. I'll let you know how things go after I pick it up. So far so good.
Dropped my wife's phone off this morning with a cracked screen. Repaired this afternoon. Superb service at a great price. I will definitely use them for all my electronics repair. As a small business owner myself, turnaround time is very important and these guys nailed it.
I am so happy I took my laptop to the Tech Dr. It's running like it's brand new!!! Great price and excellent service!
