RecommendedA couple of weeks ago, my Windows 7 Dell desktop would not boot. It powered on, but would not boot to Windows. I feared the worst. I was petrified that the hard drive was bad. Just want to give a shout out to Matt, Patrick and the crew. We opened a new business today and they have worked so hard to meet all of our needs. With a start up—we didn’t even know all of our needs and they just rolled with our punches. Super great team. So glad to have a team of this caliber in New Braunfels area.
This is my second experience here, with my first being better then my second. Manager knows what he is doing and is quick to make things right and resolve any issues. Manager offered a free data transfer when issues did arise . My only complaint is communication is lacking, employees needing to be upfront with all cost and process. I like thigs to be clear on what I will be paying before work is Started. Employees are well educated in computer repair and willing to teach small things that could help a costumer in the future.... read more
Laptop hard drive was going out. I don't mess with laptop hardware. They cloned the drive (before it was too late), and got it going again.
You just don't run across people like Matthew anymore these days. He took care of my neighbor's wife through a tough situation and offered her the best customer service I've ever heard of. These folks have made a customer for life and I hands down recommend The-Tech Doctor over the conpetition!
Had the best experience with The TechDoctor today! Being a Realtor, I can't live without my phone! Well I only had to live without it for an hour today. They were prompt, courteous, and professional!
