TTC is great - their IT help is always friendly, timely and thorough!
My firm has been using TTC for three years now, and no matter who I speak to when a problem comes up, I always get the most attentive service. I do need to shout out Vache, who has become my go-to person for anything that arises, big or small. I had SUCH a great experience with the tech support team! I logged on this morning and couldn’t access one of the programs I needed for work, and they were incredibly quick to jump in, get on my screen and figure out what was going on. Turns out I was missing a whole bunch of updates, so my computer wasn’t working properly at all. They came in, saved the day, got everything updated and had me back in business in no time!
