The atmosphere was great, felt like a trip back in time with the food that we enjoyed and the tavern itself, the service was impeccable, very friendly staff, the wait was expected from an establishment that is centered in an attraction such as Old Salem I had the chicken pie with green beans and mashed red skinned potatoes Delicious! Coming back in the fall to try something different on the menu, I'm sure it will be awesome!

The ambiance, service, menu, and food we're all fantastic! Our waitress was Michelle, and she was a wealth of information on the foods and beverages, and also the history. Do not miss the chance for a meal here if you visit Old Salem.
Always a pleasure to eat at The Tavern....lunch or dinner...flawless! Biggest surprise was the perfect steak!
