Anytime we’re in Cottonwood, we make it a point to include Tavern Grille in our visit. The food is always fresh and good, the staff unfailingly courteous and helpful, and Tavern Grille has the best Prickly Pear Margaritas we’ve had anywhere.
Great food. Great town of Cottonwood is the prettiest little town. Right in the heart of Arizona wine country. Try ANYTHING, you won't be disappointed.😋😍
