Hello. Today we stopped in to use the atm and the bouncer made us leave an item behind in order to use the atm. We tried to use our drivers license as the item but the bouncer said it had to be our cell phone. After we came back we tried reaching for our phone and was snatched away and they said we have to pay $10 to get our phone back. I was wondering if that is normal protocol at your restaurant or if this was something unusual for you?

I would first like to apologize for your negative experience. St Patrick’s parade day is the busiest day of the year and we hire private contractors to do our security/door staff that day. With that being said he will not be returning to work for us in the future and if there’s anything we can do to rectify the situation we will be happy to. Please give us a chance in the future and we will make it right.
Horrendous. We were one of 3 groups. 25 minutes to get a beer. It started to fill up with customers and it took an hour and a half to get our food. They gave us some other table's food to try to make us happy. Burger was raw. They told us they were out of the soup we ordered an hour later and it was too late to order something else because we had to go to a game. Manager was apologetic and comped the entire check. Still not going to risk it again.
Great place to come in from the cold after a long day at work for a nice cold one!
I feel the service is slow but the waiters were very nice food was very good but we sat there for a good 5 min before we got menu
