My kids and I love going here and new location is great . Fun menu! However, while the chairs look great, they are really uncomfortable to sit in. It's hard to feel relaxed in them. Otherwise I have nothing going but good to say. The jalapeño burger is my favorite. Wish you'd bring back the pork Verde bowl!

Thank you Angie! I apologize about the chairs, unfortunately I didn't get to try them out before I purchased 130 of em. Only upside is people don't get too comfy keeping our wait times down 😜. We will also be introducing a new menu in a couple weeks which will hopefully make up for the verde bowl. Thanks again
The portions are huge! And the prices are great! The staff is unbelievably awesome and my family always has a great time when we go. Recommend this restaurant to everyone!

Scotty, First off I do apologize for the inconvenience tonight, however I will not apologize for my staff doing exactly what they are trained to do in certain situations. A "controlled wait" is used by every restaurant in the industry, it is designed so if under staffed the patrons seated and being served have prompt service and an overall great experience. If we sat everyone in these situations and became busy the servers on the floor would then become overwhelmed and everyone would receive bad service. Hot Shots would not ... read more
