This was our first time eating at The Tattooed Dog and let me just start by saying that our waitress was perfect. I had the Philly and although it had a good flavor the meat was fatty and tough. Inedible as far as I was concerned. Such a disappointment. My husband did like his burger and the fries were delicious.

Please give us the opportunity to fix it then. I take pride in every aspect of my restaurant and I tend to dwell on these negative reviews. I stress to people all the time, if any part of your experience dining with us leaves you dissatisfied please tell your server or management as we cannot fix an issue once you have left our establishment. If you would allow I'd be happy to leave you a gift certificate at the hostess stand that you can pick up at your convenience.
Finally got to come in and check out the new location. Loved it! Service and food was great as usual, but we also loved the the atmosphere. I had read recent reviews about the new chairs and some felt the charm wasn't the same as the old place, but I found he chairs to be quite comfortable and the charm to be there. The bar seating area with the couches and larger tables were fun and can't wait to try those out some time. Always a great experience at your establishment.

Wait staff was great. Appealing menu. Ordered the baconator Burger. Burger flavorless Huge amount of bacon all I could taste then half way thru eating the burger When I realized it was not cooked well done So didn't finish it My friend ordered the philly. More fat than meat couldn't chew it Probably would not go here again

Tracy, Your server told me of your complaint less then 30 minutes ago. I apologize for both your burger being undercooked and the fat content of the philly which is strange as we hand cut them every morning. For future, I know you told your server but please give us the opportunity to correct the mistake by remaking the items ordered so you leave satisfied. Also it is difficult for any to taste anything other than bacon on a burger that has 6+ pieces of bacon on it. Again my sincere apologies
