The manager refused to refund a underdone cheeseburger that we picked up... it was explained that there is a health condition cannot eat raw hamburger. So they have lost our business, not that they care

received a certificate for dinner for two as a thank you for booking our wedding there next year. had the crab dip, parmesan crusted grouper, and brownie Sunday. everything was delicious, and our server Sabrina did an outstanding job. looking forward to our wedding there next year, and will definitely be making future visits to the Tap Room for dinner.
