This is my favorite restaurant in Tacoma! I feel welcome in a suit or in jeans. Chef Derek always has interesting and delicious choices for me and you can't beat his happy hour oysters (go for the citrus and hot sauce version). Pair that with a thoughtful and affordable selection of wines and local craft beers and you have someplace special.
Loved my experience of dining at The Table! It was my first time but won't be my last!
We visited on a Saturday night with our family and had an amazing dinner. The atmosphere was warm and inviting. Staff very friendly menu small but offered a variety of very good options. Our children (ages 8, 10 and 13) all chose their own entrées and we're very happy with their choices.
The food was delicious and the service impeccable.
A friend and I had dinner reservations yesterday evening before attending a show. We ordered the sweet potato JoJos with house made blue cheese dressing, the squash salad, the pork chop and Cheddar grits. We shared these plates. Our server made sure we ordered the right wine for our tastes and made sure the courses were timed perfectly. Every item we ordered was perfection! We ended up having coffee and beignetsts for dessert. Please go when you have time to savour the food and enjoy the ambiance. The service is amazing!
Chef Derek treats fruits vegetables like rock stars, not afterthoughts.
