The Susanne is beautiful, elegant, and perfectly situated in the heart of Montrose. Each and every unit features upscale home finishes that are hard to find in apartment living. Luxurious kitchens featuring granite, quartz countertops, water dispensing SS appliances -- refrigerators, gas stoves, dishwashers, wine chillers, REAL wood floors, recessed ceilings, modern lighting and ceiling fans. This is a crown jewel in luxury living within the Loop!

My wife and I recently moved into The Susanne and found this luxury apartment complex the perfect abode for us. Its proximity to the H-E-B supermarket, the Houston Watercolor Association, the Menil Museum and St Thomas University makes one feel like they are living in a small and quaint village. We make full use of the complex's swimming pool, weight room, ample parking space , the media room and technology capabilities. I've lived here since December. I love this place! It's very dog friendly, and the leasing management team is amazing!
Okay, this apartment is everything we hoped for. First of all the service here is excellent and fast and staff is very friendly and helpful. The complex and all public ereas are very clean and well maintained. Even though this is a big complex it's very quiet. We never hear our neighbours. The staff arranges little events quite often and that's a nice way to meet other residents. It's actually a really nice mixture of people living here in different age groups. The location is great.
