Verified Renter It's been a great experience. The staff is kind, helpful and friendly. They do a good job when assistance is needed. They community is well kept. The pools are cleared all the time. No trash is around. Grass is kept cut. Parking lots are clean but limited to where you can park without being towed. That should change. We pay a lot to live here. Have privilege to park shouldn't be a issue.

Verified Renter It’s ok I have had issues with trash and neighbors dog chase kids and off lease. Also have had issues with plumbing since moved here but it has been better since under new management

HORRIBLE First off I moved in 2 weeks after my move I date. I moved from Michigan to move in my apartment and when I arrived they told me it wasn’t ready and didn’t update me until the day of. So of course I had to pay for hotel rooms that I didn’t have. Ok boom moved in apartment was dirty very dirty!! Dead roaches in the fridge and every where else they just painted over everything!! Very uncomfortable me and mines will be moving Asap
Worst Office Staff and Apartment Complex Everyone in the office has the worst customer service. They all have attitudes and poor communication skills. The claim is for upgraded luxury living, when everything is falling apart and maintenance doesn't know how or try to fix anything. They "complete" service requests without even doing any work, not sure how that works. Tenants pay for pest control and can't even get anyone to come treat the cockroach infestation.
