They are supposed to call the day before the surgery after 1 pm with the time for the surgery. In my case I never received anything from them. Panicked by the situation I called my doctor’s office at 3:55pm, 5 pm before they close asking about the time of the surgery, my doctor office then told me the time. When I confronted the center on the day of the surgery, they told me “we called and left a voicemail”. I bet somebody dialed the number wrong because I have no calls or voicemails from them. Had a great experience at ENT Surgery Center. From check in to discharge everyone was so nice. My Team of DR Duff (best Dr), Prep Op RN Gianna D, Anesthesia Dr.T and Kate CRNA, OR Lexi and Ashley S and PACU Emilie and Lisa were wonderful. As an OR Nurse myself I was very impressed with this center. Highly recommended! Thank you to all.
My 18 year old had her adnoids out yesterday morning. The staff at this center made her experience as smooth as possible. Everyone from the check in process to recovery and the information to go home was clear and concise. Everyone was so kind. She's doing incredibly well this morning. Thank you ! Pediatric surgery is naturally an anxiety-inducing procedure, but every staff member was supportive and empathetic before and after our experience. The facility is clean, check-in was a breeze, and the discharge information was clearly explained.
