Had my epidural there this past Tuesday and the whole staff from check-in to check-out were very professional and went out of their way to make you feel comfortable and well taken care of. I’ve been using Cedar Lake Surgery Center for years now and wouldn’t go anywhere else. Thank you to the staff, nurses and Drs.
Very friendly! Took great care of my 3 year old and made him feel safe during his procedure.
Everyone was extremely nice, attentive and considerate. I just didnt like the wait time . We were there from 6:45 am to 1:00 pm . Surgery was 20 mins and they kept my baby for 3 hours after because his oxygen kept dropping. The rest of the time was just waiting but overall I was comfortable and my baby came home comfortable �
From time I got there till time I left everyone very attentive and put me at ease, would recommend anyone to go there they are very professional and puts you first
From check in to being escorted out the staff was professional, efficient and friendly. The whole experience was pleasant because the staff made me feel comfortable in their environment
