My husband had eye surgery. Every one was great. My only problem was the nurse in discharge spoke in a tiny voice. We told her repeatedly we couldn't hear her. I finally just followed along with the discharge papers. People don't get it.
Sadly because of the meds, I don’t have names for these angels that work here, but I do remember being treated with kindness and competence. First of all, every single staff member is friendly and professional and will say good morning, even if they’re not a part of your surgical team. Secondly, from my bedside nurse (pre-op), to the Anesthesiologist who introduced himself and the nurse anesthetist who took care of me as well as the surgical tech (tall guy with dark hair?) and the kind woman who helped me get myself together... read more
This was my first time ..I was very nervous..but as I entered the doors..EVERYONE was so very nice..and took excellent care of me...
At this point, I don't remember any names. I had a surgery there that took a little over two hours. From the front desk to taking me to the car at the end - the experience was professional and caring. I never raise my hand and say, "Yes, sign me up for the surgery! However, I am glad this was the place my surgeon chose.
