Professional and courteous
Do not pay in advance!! I made the mistake and have been working for 2 months to get a refund. The code used for insurance got denied twice, I talked to Shannon on May 1st and was confirmed it will be updated and resubmitted. I called today on May 15th, again talked to Shannon and was told it was submitted on May 1st. Called my insurance and they ended up calling the surgery center again and were told their codes are correct and they are not resubmitting. This is day 3 after a full knee replacement surgery. My other knee had been done 5 years ago by the same surgeon doctor Srivastava. I feel this recovery will be faster than the last one. I couldn’t believe how friendly everyone was to me and my wife. Both pre-op and post-op were absolutely great.
