The Leasing Manager, Meredith and her staff are very nice to work with. We found them to be friendly and very responsive throughout the whole leasing process. This is an odd year with Covid, so leasing an apartment "blind" can be a bit stressful. They've put us at ease and we're very happy our son and his roommates will be in great hands next year. We HIGHLY recommend the Summit at University City!
