A great place for seniors and people over 50.
The facility is clean, friendly staff and enjoy working out and meeting new people there.
An excellent place to be and spend the day talking and being with people your age and some with the same background (military, grandparents, etc)

It's an AWESOME gym, similar to a Country Club!
Yes this place is life therapeutic and relaxing and a stress free zone baby u meet very nice people and it’s a no kid zone and no judgement zone
