Great NEW building right around the corner from The Beacon! Moved here from The Beacon and couldn't be more satisfied. - A/C and Heating always works. - Great rooftop with views and not too crowded, very peaceful. - Amenities are good, could be better though.
Spacious apartments, stunning views, and the best landlord in JC! We absolutely loved our time at The Summit at Jersey City! The apartments are new construction, modern, and incredibly spacious — with stunning views of the World Trade Center that never get old. Amazing place
Their leasing team told me to submit an application worth $50, over 15 days ago and then completely ghosted me!! UPDATE - the management told the realtor to contact and threaten me! harsh words were exchanged and he mentioned that this wont be taken lightly. Reiterates the fact that this is a very shady management company!
SUPERRR shady management team - they asked me to apply, showed me the house and then completely ghosted me and my partner!
