Their leasing team told me to submit an application worth $50, over 15 days ago and then completely ghosted me!! UPDATE - the management told the realtor to contact and threaten me! harsh words were exchanged and he mentioned that this wont be taken lightly. Reiterates the fact that this is a very shady management company!

The Summit is a wonderful place that I'm happy to call home. The team is very responsive to concerns and we had no issues in the past 2 years. Amazing rooftop space and downtown views! Would definitely recommend
