Recently moved to this building and I completely love it. Such a convenient location. The views from the apartment are breathtaking. Amenities & common areas are always impeccable which is a must! Management along with the cleaning staff does such a good job here. Can’t wait for the summer to enjoy the rooftop panoramic views.
New building management is wonderful, addressing issues and making improvements quickly to ensure residential satisfaction. Very happy with the new changes
Beautiful luxury building, about 3 minutes away from jersey city downtown and they have a commuter shuttle, rooftop has breathtaking views, just opened a breakfast spot at the commercial Spaces, and it has multiple amenity spaces.
Please refrain from ever moving into this poorly managed building by Mazeh Realty. Spare yourself the headache. The management team (spearheaded by Dave aka DB and Moshe) are bullies, unprofessional and unresponsive. Our roof basically fell on us due to water leaks and negligence from the team - an issue we raised during our tour (and it was painted over) and then after we moved in, raised it to the team multiple times and they basically refused to cover the cost of damages to personal items.
