Booked a haircut online for $49. Was charged 1/2 at the booking and was sent a text stating I owed the other 1/2 at the appointment. Got a very nice cut but was charge $69 because the stylist decided to upgrade the cut without letting me know. Very disappointed in the dishonest business practice.
First time seeing Becky! She was fantastic and really took the time to assess my request for style. She was contagiously energetic and a great listener. I felt refreshed and ready to conquer the day looking exceptionally better than when I entered! Thank you for the fabulous experience at The Studio today.
Highly recommend Jonah for a haircut. Paid great attention to everything and had a great time. Will definitely be going back
