Zero stars. We had a xerox machine from them and could never get service AT ALL. If you need help, you get routed to a national number where they call you back DAYS later to set up a time to fix the issue. It is impossible to get anyone local on the phone or even to get a response to an e mail. That includes the local manager. Turnover seems to be very high, we have had 2 salespeople leave without ever telling us or reaching out. The company I work for has been with Stewart for nearly two decades, but it was sold to Xerox within our last contract period and we are running for the hills. I feel bad for the service techs still there as its not their fault but they have to deal with the fallout. Calling Xerox is a nightmare, half the time you can't hear the person due to a bad connection and they now force you to troubleshoot your machine to a ridiculous, time consuming extent. We're going with The Lioce Group, they have many "legacy" Stewart employees ... read more

AFTER CALLING TO REQUEST SERVICE ON OUR XEROX MACHINE...3 TIMES, WE STILL HAVE NO INDICATION THAT HELP IS ON THE WAY...OR EVEN THAT WE ARE ON THE RADAR. NEW CUSTOMER SETUP IS NOT SOMETHING THEY DO WELL....OR EVIDENTLY AT ALL. PERHAPS CONTRACT CUSTOMERS GET PRIORITY...BUT FOR $150/HOUR, YOU'D THINK THEY WOULD COME RIGHT AWAY. STILL PATIENTLY WAITING FOR SOMEONE TO FIX OUR MACHINE.
Stewart was an excellent company and we have been with them for years. They carried the Canon machine and offered excellent service. Then, two years ago Xerox took them over and we have been stuck with the xerox machine. We will never sign with them again. If you are seeking quality prints this is not the machine to go with. I am very unhappy with the quality of prints and the xerox machine is without a doubt inferior to the Canon.
