Great place to live, awesome amenities, and a friendly office staff.
Considering moving to the Des Moines area and might do so just to live at this property. Beautiful complex with a friendly staff. The staff was very knowledgeable and went out of there way to show me all the available floor plans. Right next to great restaurants and other stores. Very excited to live here!
This apartment complex is an absolute joke... charging tenants 100 dollar late fees for a problem that is solely the apartments fault. I completely understand charging such a hefty late fee, since this place will be falling apart in no time and they’ll need money to fix the cheaply made piles of crap. Do not rent from this place. The late fee issue is just one of many.
