Yes the apartment and amenities are nice for the price, but communication with staff is horrible. Our stove went out and we didn’t get a replacement in for 6 days. They didn’t offer any type of compensation for meals for two adults and one child. Then during the move out process they never bothered to get back to us after we stated we were moving out, so we just left the keys in their mail box. Still haven’t heard from them.

Katie and Leah are literally the best apartment managers ever. This was our first apartment and they made everything literally so easy. I love coming home and we have had so many compliments on our apartment! The one bedroom was plenty of room for us plus our dog. It’s nice to see all the other dogs around! I will recommend this complex to people left and right for years to come.

I highly recommend the sterling at prairie trail in ankeny iowa because of the insanely friendly and helpful staff and due to the fact that I have a public beer fridge if u contribute!.!. Everyone stops over and brings their puppies and we play games and just relax. I have never enjoyed living somewhere this much ever... Thank you Katie, Leah, and corporate!!!
