The Stephen Foster Story is a broadway-style show about the life of America's first composer, Stephen Collins Foster. The performance takes place in My Old Kentucky Home State Park at the J. Dan Talbot Amphitheatre. The grounds on which the theatre lies once belonged to the Rowan family, who were cousins of Stephen Foster, and is home to Federal Hill, the plantation house that inspired the state song. My granddaughter and I have seen The Stephen Foster Story twice this year. We love it ❤️ It’s a wonderful show and they have an awesome cast this season!! Can’t wait to see it again!!

5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Great place the Dance Pros Recital June 1st, 2019 was one amazing show matter of fact it was “ The Greatest Show “, the sound system was amazing and the facility was very clean and lots of parking space.
I got to experience the Stephen Foster Story for the first time since living in Kentucky and I enjoyed it so much! Great talent and a feel good, happy time!
The choir is amazing! I love the new arrangements, especially the rendition of Shanghai Chicken.

My mom first brought me when I was about 8 years old and since then I've been several times over the years. Absolutely love the show and have most of it memorized but still love to go simply because it's such a fun time for the family. The kids enjoy it and my husband does as well. It's just a great time for everyone.
