I told myself I would never go back to the station. I placed an order online for a lunch meeting and waited the instructed 15 minutes to pickup. Upon arrival the order had not even been started. They apologized and said it would be another 20 minutes. 50 minutes later, that's right, 50 MINUTES LATER, my food was ready and they threw in 6 cookies on the house.
