Have been living there for more than a year. I can say it is no safe. Cars are getting broken into every week. Police is coming to do reports but no pressure from management for an actual change and supervision of the space. You can see people getting robbed on the parking lot. I take septa to work, even if it’s a 4 min walk to the train stop from the apartment, I run. I am paralized with fear. Definitely not what we where picturing the first month in. I would never recommend.
