Really disappointed they caused the damage but won’t repair it because it is cosmetic. If the tenants did this each one would be charged. Unacceptable when the unit is bringing in about $4k a month. Maintenance even said their cleaners did the damage as it was like this move in day. I can’t even talk to a live person. Watch out for properties in Ft. Collins managed by Landmark.

DO NOT LIVE HERE THE STANDARD DOES NOT CARE ABOUT WOMENS SAFETY. I lived here a couple years (i liked the location) and this place is so unsafe and a waste of money. For starters my roommate and I (both women) were assigned a random roommate halfway through the semester and it was a man WE KNOW FOR A FACT THERE WERE UNITS AVAILABLE THAT WERE ALL MEN. In short: if you're a party person and money isn't an issue then this may be a good fit. For most anyone else I can't recommend it. Firstly - the price. It's not cheap. In my experience it tends to be one of, if not the most expensive student apartments in Fort Collins. I personally don't believe it's worth the cost - the only difference from anywhere else is a "luxury" veneer. Additionally, the utility costs are insane.
