We’re so tired of the barking!! It NEVER STOPS from 3236!!! It sounds like dog fighting all the time! The place smells like pot. there's always sketchy men coming in and out like clock work! The office doesn’t DO anythinggg!
No security on doors, two of the slowest elevators I’ve ever been on, and very limited trash/laundry services. The unit is pretty disappointing (studio) especially for the price point. One of my least favorite places I’ve ever stayed in. Front area (door and lobby) consistently smell like piss, hallways are very hot (delivery people complain). Got an $85 package either misplaced in the building or stolen, either option seems highly plausible.
When we called in because of multiple roaches found in the apartment they made us leave a message because it was not considered urgent enough. Then not even a day after we put sticky notes on the window we get a call from an ANGRY front office lady who cared more about us taking the post it stickers down than the ROACHES in the apartment. She did not care at all that there are bugs here and only reiterated that she wanted the post it notes off. Stay here if you want to survive a winter storm. The power never went out and the water kept on running.
Horrific. Do NOT move in here.
