Great place to live I have lived here for almost 2 years and when Madison Place took over things got so much better. They fixed up the property really nice. Maintenance and office staff are great. Will renew my lease. Very nice place to live
Find another apartment! Rude staff and maintenance work not done still waiting. Their to involved with making over their office. Also neighbors throw garbage outside their door and it sits their for days!
Look elsewhere I have been living here currently since Nov. of 2012 (today being 7/17/2013) The office support is poor. Most of the time when calling you either leave a voice mail or the phone just rings out. The maintenance crew takes forever to respond and there are all sorts of other things I could complain about. All-in-all don't live here unless you have to.
Clean it up! People throw their garbage outside there front doors instead of bringing it to the dumpster. Sits there for days sometimes and brings bugs and fire ants to nearby apartments.
New manage horrible!!! The new management is very unprofessional no consideration for the residents, in the past two months we been through curfew, an extra water bill due on the 15 th of each month. They also have the audacity to cut our water from 10 am until 6 pm and they only noticed us once, they have been doing every Tuesday and Thursday for the past two weeks now. I missed a very important interview today thanks to carelessness. Please think twice before deciding to rent with them
