Madison Place Nice units are by the office(which is what they show). Shady units are in the back...Nice units, updated.
Great Managment I love my apartment at Madison Place Luxury Apartments. The new management really takes good care of you. It is in a good location. The Apartments are very well kept.
Our own Sunshine I was working in VA and got a transfer from VA to FL. We had to search online for a apartment. We came across Madison Place in Clearwater, FL. So we checked them out online and liked what we saw. Then we gave them a call and WOW!! they were so nice and understanding what we where looking for and the price was great. Maddison Apartments Maddison apartments is ok, very friendly staff but has a lot of problems with units. Some apartments have roaches.. Wish we had a bigger place for my two little girls and our new baby girl due in November..
Decent. This apartment is the bare minimum of decent. I have a 2 bedroom/2 bath for $905. The base rent is $855, but there is a $50 charge for water and garbage monthly. My apartment is an upgraded module with wooden floors and white appliances and cabniets. I have twice been without hot water because of the hot water heater. Maintaince is pretty quick about the request. The first time they came by to fix the hot water heater, they did some sort of quick fix and I was out of hot water in a week. On Par The best thing about this place is the location. It's right next to U.S. 19 and Gulf to Bay, which leads straight to the beach. Staff is super friendly and helpful. A major con would be the limited parking, and the even more limited visitors parking. With no room to expand the parking lot, it doesn't look like this issue will be solved.
It is fair. The appearance is nice and well-kept to entice new residents, however the maintenance service is lacking. By lacking, work orders are slowly completed. Also, be careful of their billing and keep your own records because the staff do not communicate professionally and records and receipts tend to disappear because of that, so ask for a receipt and get things in writing. A disaster! I put in request for maintentence and no one comes to fix anything. They have a security guard with a gun and vest. Is that really needed? If you have visitors and everyone else is parked in the visitor parking your car gets towed. Also they have bugs! And the office staff is rude.
Good Place for the price The price for the layout is great! Had a few maintenance issues at first but hoping its all over. value is good, love being near everything. quiet neighbors, and really appreciate the hired security they have...gives me peace of mind
