Personal service, relaxing environment – I love staying at the St. Regis. The service is always top-notch, and from the moment you walk into the fragrant, flower-filled lobby, you are treated like royalty. The beds are comfortable; the amenities more than adequate; and the restaurant is fabulous. I also love bringing friends here for afternoon tea.
My husband and I spent our honeymoon night at the St. Regis in June 2001. St. Regis staff was responsive, helpful and polite especially given the circumstances. The entire city of Houston had been drenched with over 30" of rain within 12 hours. Most of the city was shut down and under water. The St. Regis, however, was fully operational and pristine.
Best Romantic Hotel – Everytime I felt the need to get away and have a truly romantic weekend with my partner I always chose the St. Regis Houston. A number one in my book.
ASK FOR A ROOM AWAY FROM THE TRAIN TRACK – Lovely hotel with great service. My limo driver alerted me to the fact that one side is noisier because of the train (I forget which one) so make sure you ask for the quiet side.
Best Hotel in the Whole World – This hotel combines traditional luxury and elegance with modern comforts. I frequent this hotel with my husband just for an exciting weekend getaway. There's always fresh flowers everywhere you turn in this elegant palace. The staff here really makes the St. Regis a shining star that shines brighter than most other hotels in this area. They go above and beyond expectations. If you're looking for a getaway but don't want to leave Houston, visit the St. Regis.
