We love Aspen and have always had great service until now.....the lobby bar (Mountain Social) staff are so rude and impolite that we will never ever stay here again!!! They are a service business not the other way around.... I don’t mind paying the price for drinks, but not at the expense of rude people!! I would stay anywhere else!!!
Outstanding hotel in the middle of Aspen. Close to everything.
