Since I live here I had my car stolen and three packages . They have no cameras or any form of security. So other words your over paying for below par service and security.

RecommendedThe Collins is a great place to live. It is in a great location with a bunch of restaurants, bars, and stores around. The rooftop is also awesome! The concierges at the front desk are all very helpful, especially Ka’ryn! She is great to talk to and always there to answer any questions or aid with any issues. Overall it has been a great experience thus far!
RecommendedThe Collins is the perfect place to have called home, location can not be beaten and the apartments are generous in size bright and airy. The staff top things off but a special mention to Ka'ryn D, who is simply fantastic, always a smile and always willing to help, friendly and very approachable she is the perfect face for the The Collins, she is guaranteed to brighten up any dull day and make you laugh. Thanks Ka'ryn for all your help and making it easy for us to settle here at The Collins!!!
Always face parking problems in night time. There is shortage of parking space, many times need to park car in the street & there are no cameras in parking area so no safety of our cars. Few days ago someone broke my car wind shield in the parking area & police could not trace that person as apartment does not have any single camera in parking area.
RecommendedJust wanted to thank the staff and management of Fair Oaks..... always there for any resident night or day!! Also yesterday set up a tent for residents and supplied every resident “ Breakfast in the run” coffee, doughnuts, bottled water, granola bars and fruit!!! What an amazing place to live!! Also the best management and maintenance team anyone could ask for!!! One of the many reasons I’ve lived here for almost 15 years!!!

RecommendedThe apartments are very nice and newly renovated. All the staff are very kind, welcoming, and helpful. Any service requests are answered within a day, no matter how small! The only downfall is the gym since they don't have any exercise machines. --- KF
I do not recommend this company - especially Tower Place. As soon as we gave our three months notices, the staff here has been very disrespectful. They charged us for damages and when my boyfriend and I spent two whole days cleaning the apartment, making sure it was spotless, before we left. They also charged painting charges when they told us before we moved in that we could paint the walls as we wanted. Again, Tower Place is not the place you want to live in, ever.
