The good: the units are quite nice, spacious, good lighting, good appliances, good location. Didn't have major maintenance issues, things were fixed promptly, the maintenance folks were really kind and helpful. Unit itself was really nice and I enjoyed it. The bad: Management. The building is owned by a large corporate property management company called Mack Properties and is honestly the WORST service I've ever experienced in my entire life. The level of negligence and lack of consideration has been alarming to say the least. I'll try and describe some of the experiences I've had in the short time I've been here. 1. We missed out on a unit because the staff are inattentive, unresponsive, and uncaring. We called and emailed multiple times before getting any sort of response, which is extremely unprofessional. Moving forward, we were told to apply sight-unseen, which is ludicrous. By the time someone answered -- several weeks later -- the unit we wanted was signed. Given the other reviews, it looks like we may have dodged a bullet. Avoid!
It’s a great location otherwise a very ‘interesting’ experience.
