The maintenance man b all in ur business and he comes in your appointment when you are not there , very sneaky, I would not recommend these apartments, maintenance doesn't do anything
I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS BUILDING AT ALL! My grandfather moved in this building at the beginning of the year and immediately had a roach problem. His unit is infested with roaches property management lied about sending someone to exterminate and told them that they had to leave the unit for 6 hours. Exterminator never came. They scheduled another date for an exterminator to come, they never came. My grandpa is sick and can barely move out of his bed on some days there’s no reason why roaches are crawling in or on his bed. The... read more
The square apartments is not a good place to live at the place is infected with roaches spiders, fleas bedbugs place is dirty, homeless, people living in the laundromat water smells really bad the maintenance man Ramon stole all my stuff out my garage. Tenets is rude and disrespectful and nasty management is terrible.and rent is too high to be living in a place like a dumpster.
Soon as I walked into the leasing office the manager greeted Me, made me feel very welcome and already at home about 2 weeks after I moved into my unit🙂 I recommend for everybody to rent with this property the unit is very spacious and clean the neighborhood is nice it’s a park right across street local stores gas stations I plan on liver here a few years🙂
Today I visit The Square apartments homes in Downey and I had a good experience with Cassandra Ewell. She took the time to show me the apartments and she was really informative .
