I've see one roach! & that was AFTER other apartments were sprayed...... Haven't seen any other ROACH 🪳 since that one....... I'm going on 8 months living here
I have been trying to contact them because me and my sister are interested in their apartment . I called so many numbers. I’ve been on Zillow trying to contact them. I’ve been emailing them and nobody has been getting back towards me. I’ve been calling for at least three months and we haven’t got a call back from them and I don’t know if I’m calling the right number or not, but nobody has not been answering.
i have reached out to this apartment complex numerous times based upon the ads for leasing on websites such as zillow . it clearly shows the expected dates the units will be available as well as the amenities included in that unit . However the propert manager was insisting that she had no units with wash / dryer available. however the sites are constantly updated saying they have them available. i doubled back a few weeks later and she responds the same way , even with the newer units. so now i feel like i have discriminate... read more
Management likes to come into the apartment whenever they feel like it. I was working from home in my underwear, when they knock. I ran to get my clothes to open the door and all of a sudden the door just opens and I’m still shirtless. They didn’t give enough time for me to be fully clothed and they just enter suddenly. They need to give more time before opening the door. They also NEVER sent a notice 24 hours in advance like how California law states. Maybe I should sue for not following protocol.
