Check in was 4:00 pm. We were told the room was not ready and they would call us. Had drinks in the lounge and I called the front desk at 5:00 and was told to register. Thanks for the call. It really shortens up the day. Next time I'd stay elsewhere. Hot springs was nice.
Our favorite place to go and soak in Colorado. Beautiful surrounding area, especially during the winter. I would highly suggest this place to anyone looking for a beautiful hot spring. The community is so welcoming, and not to mention the resort is the best in Colorado.
Great place to stay even better place to soak! We stay often and are never disappointed! Friendly staff, clean rooms, and great temperature options in the pools! Our kids love the big pool and the evening kids movie!!
