From apartment 1404 just wanted to let know how Ana Galvan and the girls are so helpful whenever we have a problem it is solved withen 24hours. They are willing to help you in whatever matter. These apartments are a wonderful community to live at.
Sewer leaks quite often. This contaminates the ground water. They have got to fix the sewers. This place is past due to be shut down by the city. Where is the code enforcement officer.
Just to some it all up... THE ABSOLUTE WORST PLACE I'VE EVER LIVED. The place is old I understand but come on... there's roaches, mold, raw sewage, mice (yes mice)... i can go on forever. maintenance Is horrible. They're fixing the outside in order to lure people in but don't be fooled this place is a dump and not worth the money they are asking for. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone !
New owner and management, but still the same mold, rodents,roaches and leaky roofs. The name may change, but that is aloe. Maintenance is a joke. Non-existent. Avoid.
