We hadn't even met Rachel when we started the process of buying a home in WA. Since we're in MT, we missed out on a lot of opportunities. if it weren't for Rachel, we never would have gotten our dream, lakefront home. Rich Mickey was Awesome! I spent 6 months and a ton of bids with another agent and got no where but disappointment. The 1st week with Rich we found and started the process, for a place with everything we wanted EVERYTHING! location,rooms, basement garage..ect. I needed to sell my first house recently and had the joy of having Rachel Krouse help me with that. She was very prompt on keeping me up to date with everything that I needed to know or do. I recommend Rich Passer for a realtor. He is helpful and fast and works around the clock. We were able to see houses that were coming to the market soon, which is helpful in a market when houses are going so fast! Rich Prasser helped us get into a house that fitted almost all of our wants and needs in this crazy home buying market. Plus had alot of laughs and storys that came with other home shopping. He made it enjoyable there was stressful moments but not as many as it could of been. Definitely my faviorte realtor and we talked to several before we decided and went right back to our first which was rich.
